FAQ's

Does the Colts Run community have any rules for dog owners?

Yes, Colts Run has the following rules for dog and pet owners:

1. All dogs must be kept on a leash or a chain when outdoors, unless they are in a fenced area.

2. All homeowners must curb their dog on all Colts Run property, excluding the homeowners' lot area.

All common areas of our development, including areas by the walking paths, retention basins and

playground are covered by this provision.

3. While walking your dog through Colts Run, dog owners must scoop pet droppings and dispose

of them in their own trash receptacle.

All residents should be aware of the Township ordinance that requires dog owners to curb their

pets, and to clean up after their pets, or be subject to a fine. Our Association could also levy a

fine of $25 per infraction if a homeowner is cited for this type of violation.

Homeowners are encouraged to contact the Evesham Township Animal Control Office at

856.663.3748 to report a pet complaint. The Animal Control Office will respond to violations of

Evesham pet ordinances, including pets running loose, violent pets, or failure to curb and clean

up after a pet.
